- Begin by breathing, its hard to take in all this information, but being stressed by it wont help anything!
- start by limiting, and eventually elimintaing most refined foods and enriched flours and grains, and processed foods. Most fo these come from white flour containing foods.
- Begin avoiding hydrogenated oils immediately!
- eat as many coloful, dark green and bright foods as youd like daily!
For people who want to eat well, and tasty, are vegen, vegetarian, food sensitive, or have allergies and want to dine out and not have to only eat salad.
